it hecking cold

Not much today, just reading through the Lancer book. Combat looks very involved, there's a lot of actions you can take, but it doesn't really look that complicated and there's a handy summary of the available actions. Not sure what frame I wanna use in the future though. Everyone starts with Everest but you also start with talents so you do generally need to have an idea of what you're gonna be doing when you start out. There's a lot of options that look really cool/fun to me though. Right now I'm leaning towards Caliban (close-range shotgunner with the ability to shove people around) or maybe like, Gorgon (a defender focused on punishing enemies for existing) or Dusk Wing (fly around and fuck with people) or like. Idk. The max level is 12 but each frame only has 3 levels of stuff so you have to mix-and-match but I'm still really undecided.
